Sexual Harassment Prohibited Sexual harassment in any form is not tolerated at Camp Wingmann. No one may threaten or imply that an employee’s submission to or rejection of sexual advances will influence any decision about that individual’s employment, advancement, duties, compensation, or other terms or conditions of employment. No one may subject another employee, volunteer, or camper to any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature. This includes unwelcome physical contact such as touching, blocking, staring, making sexual gestures, and displaying sexual images, as well as unwelcome verbal conduct such as sexual propositions, slurs, insults, jokes, and other sexual comments. Investigation of Complaints Camp Wingmann will promptly and thoroughly investigate all alleged violations of this policy, assuming the allegation is made in good faith and in sufficient detail for us to conduct a confidential investigation. Efforts will be made to maintain the confidentiality of those involved, but information may be disclosed as necessary to conduct a thorough investigation. During the investigation, the alleged harasser and alleged victim will not have one-on-one unsupervised contact at Camp Wingmann.
